Rhein-Sieg district or Rhineland (North Rhine-Westphalia NRW) in Germany some time ago ?
I remember an ad in the very famous „Happy Weekend“-Magazine – but this is more than 20 years ago and I haven’t got it any more. On the one hand I am not very sure because on the related picture the mature lady just could be seen from her backside.
Nevertheless there was a big likeness concerning her excellent figure and weakness for very exclusive ladies' underwear e.g. lingerie & nylons … not to forget the fitting timescale.

This scene was taken from the german magma-series „Straßenflirts no. 5 shot in 1995.
Mike aka Lee Valentine (the host in a lot of editions) talks to her in the pedestrian zone and pretends to perform an opinion poll with the subject : „What do mature women in their spare time ?“
(„Was machen reifere Frauen in ihrer Freizeit“). He would like to continue this interview in his apartment and finally she agrees to come with him …
At the beginning Mike asks her about her age and she responds that she is 45 years old and that she comes from the Sauerland (region in the south-east of NRW, maybe this is her native country and now she lives somewhere else …?) … she is a single housewife and likes to go dancing and to attend bistros with her friends etc. …
Anyway she was quite a hottie as well confirmed by some of your comments.
